CN Abstract:
      目的 基于CiteSpace与VOSviewer软件,对间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)治疗股骨头坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head,ONFH)相关文献进行科学计量与知识图谱可视化分析,以明确该领域的研究热点与未来发展趋势,为临床治疗提供参考。方法 以Web of Science核心合集为数据源,检索建库至2024年5月MSCs治疗ONFH的相关文献,从发文趋势、国家/机构/作者合作、文献与期刊共被引用、对关键词聚类等方面进行可视化分析并绘制知识图谱。结果 共纳入文献426篇,发文量逐年增加,2022年达峰值54篇,研究前景良好;中国发文量居全球首位,为主要研究贡献国,但法国中心性最高;研究机构以高校为主,发文量前十机构均来自中国,国际影响力较强,但整体中心性偏低;高产作者多为中国学者,Zhang Jian与Dong Wentao、Zhang Fei形成稳定合作团队,影响力突出。文献共被引分析表明,自体MSCs体外扩增移植、骨髓间充质干细胞联合多孔羟基磷灰石、基因靶向调节成骨细胞分化为当前研究热点;共被引频次最高的期刊为《BONE》《J BONE JOINT SURG AM》,刊载内容多聚焦骨再生、干细胞治疗、骨修复等骨科领域。关键词聚类形成15个类别,核心热点集中于MSCs、股骨头缺血性坏死、激素性ONFH、骨髓、血管生成、成骨分化、外泌体等。结论 MSCs治疗ONFH研究热度持续上升,中国在发文量与机构、作者贡献上占据主导地位。骨细胞再生、血管生成、细胞外囊泡/外泌体及细胞信号通路,有望成为该领域未来研究的重要方向。
EN Abstract:
      Objective Based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer software, the scientometrics and knowledge mapping visualization analysis of literatures related to mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) were carried out to clarify the research hotspots and future development trends in this field and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods Taking the core collection of Web of science as the data source, the relevant literatures on the treatment of ONFH by MSCs from the establishment of the database to May 2024 were retrieved, and the visual analysis and knowledge map were drawn from the aspects of publishing trend, national/institutional/author cooperation, CO citation of literatures and journals, keyword clustering, etc. Results A total of 426 literatures were included, and the number of published papers increased year by year, reaching a peak of 54 in 2022, indicating a good research prospect; China ranks first in the number of papers published in the world and is a major contributor to research, but France is the most central country. The research institutions are mainly colleges and universities, and the top ten institutions in the number of papers are all from China, with strong international influence, but the overall centrality is low; Most of the high-yielding authors are Chinese scholars. Zhang Jian, Dong Wentao and Zhang Fei form a stable cooperative team with outstanding influence. Co citation analysis showed that the expansion and transplantation of autologous MSCs in vitro, bone MSCs combined with porous hydroxyapatite, gene targeted regulation of osteoblast differentiation were the current research hotspots. The most frequently cited journals are BONE and J BONE JOINT SURG AM, which mainly focus on bone regeneration, stem cell therapy, bone repair and other orthopedic fields. The key words were clustered into 15 categories, and the core focuses were MSCs, avascular necrosis of the femoral head, hormonal ONFH, bone marrow, angiogenesis, osteogenic differentiation, exosomes, etc. Conclusion The research heat of MSCs in the treatment of ONFH continues to rise, and China occupies a dominant position in the number of publications, institutions and authors' contributions. Bone cell regeneration, angiogenesis, extracellular vesicles/exosomes and cellular signaling pathways are expected to become important research directions in this field in the future.
