| 目的 探讨单骨隧道内侧髌股韧带（medial patellofemoral ligament，MPFL）重建术治疗急性髌骨脱位的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析我院2021年1月至2024年1月收治的143例急性髌骨脱位患者的临床资料，根据采取手术方式的不同将患者分为两组：对照组68例，观察组75例。对照组采取开放手术下带线锚钉治疗，观察组采取单骨隧道MPFL重建术。统计两组患者一般资料、围手术期指标、膝关节Lysholm评分、美国特种外科医院（Hospital for Special Surgery，HSS）膝关节评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者术后6个月Lysholm及HSS评分分别为（92.39±4.52）分、（93.08±2.11）分，均明显高于对照组的（86.85±4.65）分、（89.62±2.55）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；且观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（1.33% vs. 10.30%，P=0.020）。结论 与开放手术下带线锚钉治疗相比，单骨隧道MPFL重建术在恢复髌骨稳定性的同时，更好地改善了术后膝关节功能，并有效降低了术后不良反应的发生。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) reconstruction with single bone tunnel in the treatment of acute patellar dislocation. Methods The clinical data of 143 patients with acute patellar dislocation admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different surgical methods, the patients were divided into two groups: 68 cases in the control group and 75 cases in the observation group. The control group was treated with suture anchor under open surgery, and the observation group was treated with single bone tunnel MPFL reconstruction. The general data, perioperative indicators, Lysholm score of knee joint, Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) score and adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The Lysholm and HSS scores in the observation group at 6th month after surgery were 92.39±4.52 and 93.08±2.11 respectively, which were significantly higher than 86.85±4.65, 89.62±2.55 in the control group (P＜0.05). Additionally, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (1.33% vs. 10.30%, P=0.020). Conclusion Compared with open surgery with suture anchors, single bone tunnel MPFL reconstruction can improve postoperative knee joint function and reduce adverse reactions while restoring patellar stability. |
