| 目的 探究在影像学拍摄过程中标准直立位与自然舒适直立位的全身矢状面序列影像学差异。方法 对60名年轻健康成年人的影像学数据进行评估,采用颈椎整体曲度(GCA)、胸椎整体曲度(GTA)、腰椎整体曲度(GLA)等参数描述脊柱轮廓;在标准直立位和自然舒适直立位时,分别测量颅矢状垂直轴-骶骨距离(CrSVA-S)、颅矢状垂直轴-髋距离(CrSVA-H)、颅矢状垂直轴-膝距离(CrSVA-K)及颅矢状垂直轴-踝距离(CrSVA-A),以评估全身平衡状态。结果 标准直立位和自然舒适直立位时的上述影像学参数存在显著差异,具体表现为:GCA(18.58°±5.90° vs. 10.67°±3.32°)、GTA(23.52°±7.36° vs. 46.93°±8.66°)、GLA(43.04°±7.86° vs. 19.91°±7.65°)、CrSVA-S[(0.31±2.68) cm vs. (8.17±3.84) cm]、CrSVA-H[(1.51±3.09) cm vs. (5.66±3.18) cm]、CrSVA-K[(3.56±2.52) cm vs. (5.19±2.73) cm]及CrSVA-A[(1.82±1.96) cm vs. (4.85±2.57) cm]。与标准直立位相比,自然舒适直立位呈现出更显著的脊柱后凸形态。结论 标准直立位与自然舒适直立位之间的矢状面影像学参数存在显著差异;后者作为站立时能量节约的标志,显示出更明显的脊柱后凸轮廓。标准直立位与自然舒适直立位具有同等重要性,在制定手术方案前应综合评估这两种姿势的影像学资料。 |

| Objective To investigate the differences in whole-body sagittal plane sequences between the standard upright posture and the natural comfortable upright posture during imaging. Methods Imaging data from 60 young healthy adults were evaluated. The parameters such as overall cervical angle (GCA), thoracic angle (GTA), lumbar angle (GLA) were used to describe the spinal profile. The distance from the cranial sagittal vertical axis to the sacrum (CrSVA-S), to hip (CrSVA-H), to knee (CrSVA-K), and ankle (CrSVA-A) were measured in both postures to assess whole-body balance. Results Significant differences were found in imaging parameters between the two postures, specifically in the following aspects: GCA (18.58°±5.90° vs. 10.67°±3.32°), GTA (23.52°±7.36° vs. 46.93°±8.66°), GLA (43.04°±7.86° vs. 19.91°±7.65°), CrSVA-S [(0.31±2.68) cm vs. (8.17±3.84) cm], CrSVA-H [(1.51±3.09) cm vs. (5.66±3.18) cm], CrSVA-K [[(3.56±2.52) cm vs. (5.19±2.73) cm], CrSVA-A [(1.82±1.96) cm vs. (4.85±2.57) cm]. Compared to the standard upright posture, the natural comfortable upright posture demonstrated a more pronounced spinal kyphotic curvature. Conclusion There are significant differences in sagittal plane imaging parameters between the standard upright and natural comfortable upright postures. The latter, as a marker of energy conservation during standing, exhibits a more noticeable kyphotic spinal profile. Both postures are equally important and should be comprehensively evaluated before formulating surgical plans for patients requiring surgery. |
