| 目的 构建强直性脊柱炎（AS）伴后凸畸形矫形术手术室护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系。方法 通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈、德尔菲法构建强直性脊柱炎伴后凸畸形矫形术手术室护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系。结果 两轮专家函询问卷有效回收率均为100%，专家权威系数分别为0.937和0.950。第2轮专家函询一级指标、二级指标和三级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.297、0.169、0.278（P＜0.05），最终确定的评价指标体系包含2项一级指标、9项二级指标、50项三级指标。结论 构建的强直性脊柱炎伴后凸畸形矫形术手术室护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系内容全面、科学可靠，可为手术室亚专科护士培养方案提供客观的量化依据。 |

| Objective To develop a post competence evaluation index system for operating room nurses in orthopedic surgery for ankylosing spondylitis (AS) with kyphosis deformity. Methods The development of the competency evaluation system was based on literature review, semi-structured interviews, and the Delphi method. The process aimed to construct the post competence evaluation index system for operating room nurses in orthopedic surgery for AS with kyphosis deformity. Results Both rounds of expert questionnaires achieved a 100% response rate from the participating experts. The authority coefficients of the experts were 0.937 and 0.950, respectively. In the second round of the Delphi survey, the Kendall's coefficient of concordance for primary indicators, secondary indicators, and tertiary indicators were 0.297, 0.169, and 0.278, respectively (P＜0.05). The final evaluation index system included 2 first-level indicators, 9 second-level indicators, and 50 third-level indicators. Conclusion The established evaluation index system for the post competency of operating room nurses in orthopedic surgery for AS with kyphosis deformity is comprehensive, scientific, and reliable, and can provide objective quantitative basis for the training program for sub-specialty operating room nurses. |
