目的 探讨思政教育融入脊柱外科临床实习教学的有效路径及实践效果,以期为外科临床教学提供参考。方法 选取2023年3月至2025年3月在我科实习的医学生106名,按照计算机生成的随机数字序列将学生随机分为传统教学组和思政融合教学组,每组53名。传统教学组采用床边教学、大查房、小讲课、病例讨论、技能模拟训练等教学方法,思政融合教学组在传统教学基础上融合了思政要素,通过挖掘脊柱外科典型病例中的思政元素(如医患沟通、伦理决策、职业使命感等),设计结合临床实践的思政教学案例进行教学。通过学生阶段性能力评估、思政素养评估、学生满意度调查评估教学效果和实践路径的可行性。结果 思政融合教学组的理论考核(98.13±1.37)、技能操作(98.08±1.34)、病历质量(98.15±1.45)、医德医风考核(99.17±0.96)和思政素养评估(99.23±0.87)评分均显著高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且教学模式满意度和教学内容满意度均为100%。结论 思政教育融入脊柱外科临床实习能有效提升学生的专业能力与职业素养,通过“课程-案例-实践”三位一体的路径可实现思政元素与专业教学的深度协同,提升教学效果。 |

Objective To explore the effective path and practical effect of integrating civic and political education into the clinical internship teaching of spine surgery, in order to provide references for the clinical teaching of surgery. Methods A total of 106 medical students who were interred in our department from March 2023 to March 2025 were selected for the study. The students were randomly divided into two groups of 53 each: the traditional teaching group and the civic-political integration teaching group. The randomization was generated by a computer programme. The traditional teaching group employed teaching methods such as bedside teaching, grand rounds, mini-lectures, case discussions, and skill simulation training, while the civic-political integration teaching group integrated civic-political elements on the basis of the traditional teaching, and designed civic-political teaching cases with clinical practice by mining the civic-political elements in the typical cases of spine surgery (such as patient-physician communication, ethical decision-making, and sense of professional mission, etc.). The teaching effect and feasibility of the practice pathway were assessed through the comprehensive assessment of students' staged capacity assessment, the assessment of their civic-political literacy, and the student satisfaction survey. Results The scores obtained by the civic and political integration teaching group were significantly higher than those obtained by the traditional teaching group in the theory assessment (98.13±1.37), skill operation (98.08±1.34), quality of medical record (98.15±1.45), medical ethics and medical ethics assessment (99.17±0.96), and the assessment of civic and political literacy (99.23±0.87) with statistically significant differences (P<0.05), and the satisfaction with the teaching mode and the satisfaction with the teaching content were both 100%. Conclusion The integration of civic education into the clinical internship of spinal surgery has been demonstrated to effectively enhance students' professional abilities and professionalism. Through the “curriculum-case-practice” trinity path, it is possible to achieve in-depth synergy between civic elements and professional teaching, thereby improving the teaching effect. |
