      目的 分析近10年来生物力学视角下骨质疏松症的研究现状、热点及发展趋势,为将来该领域研究方向提供重要的参考价值。方法 在Web of Science核心合集数据库中,检索2014年1月1日至2024年8月10日关于生物力学视角的骨质疏松症的相关文献,再运用VOSviewer、Citespace以及Bibliometrix R-package软件对检索得到的相关图谱进行分析。结果 本研究共纳入1 909篇文献,年度发文量和参考文献引用量均保持较高水平。中国、美国和德国是发文量最多的国家,圣保罗大学是发文量最多的机构。《OSTEOPOROSIS INTERNATIONAL》和《JOURNAL OF BONE AND MINERAL RESEARCH》分别是发文量和被引频次最多的期刊。发文量最多的作者是陶周善。除检索词外,骨密度、绝经后骨质疏松症、有限元分析、松质骨、皮质骨、成骨分化、骨折是该领域高频关键词。结论 骨质疏松症生物力学领域的相关研究呈上升趋势。通过改变螺钉外形、螺距、直径、长度等减少椎弓根螺钉松动的概率;研究最佳骨水泥注入量降低骨水泥渗漏风险;表观遗传学与骨质疏松症的发病机制间的关联;骨小梁的网状结构和柱状结构对骨质疏松症的影响;非融合动态稳定技术的手术适应范围、术中操作要点以及是否能有效预防相邻节段退变;运用有限元分析技术对骨骼周围软组织生物力学进行更深层次的研究可能是该领域的未来研究前沿。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the research status, hotspots and development trends of osteoporosis from the perspective of biomechanics in the past decade, and provide significant reference value for future research directions in this field. Methods Relevant literatures on osteoporosis from the perspective of biomechanics published from January 1, 2014 to August 10, 2024 were retrieved in the Web of Science Core Collection database. Then, VOSviewer, Citespace and Bibliometrix R-package software were used to analyze the retrieved relevant maps. Results A total of 1 909 documents were included in this study. Both the annual number of publications and the number of references cited maintained a high level. China, the United States, and Germany were the countries with the highest number of publications, and the University of São Paulo was the institution with the greatest number of publications. OSTEOPOROSIS INTERNATIONAL and JOURNAL OF BONE AND MINERAL RESEARCH were the journals with the greatest number of publications and the greatest number of citation frequencies, respectively. The author with the greatest number of publications was Tao Zhoushan. In addition to search terms, bone density, postmenopausal osteoporosis, finite element analysis, trabecular bone, cortical bone, osteogenic differentiation, and fractures were high-frequency keywords in this field. Conclusion The relevant research in the field of osteoporosis biomechanics is on the rise. Reducing the probability of pedicle screw loosening by changing the shape, pitch, diameter and length of screws; studying the optimal amount of bone cement injection to reduce the risk of bone cement leakage; the association between epigenetics and the pathogenesis of osteoporosis; the impact of the reticular and columnar structures of trabecular bone on osteoporosis; the surgical indication range, intraoperative operation points of Non-fusion Dynamic Stabilization and whether it can effectively prevent adjacent segment degeneration; and using finite element analysis technology to conduct in-depth research on the biomechanics of soft tissues around bones may be the future research frontiers in this field.
