      目的 探讨3D打印及计算机辅助导航技术在脊柱外科规培生教学中的应用及效果。方法 将2020年7月至2022年7月在我院脊柱外科接受规范化培训的52名学员,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组26人。对照组采用传统的多媒体授课、模型展示及操作演示;试验组采用多媒体授课、3D打印模型进行教学演示、计算机辅助导航技术进行操作培训。学习结束后以调查问卷的形式评估学生对教学方法及教学内容的满意度,并对学生进行理论知识和临床技能考核。结果 试验组与对照组学生的理论知识成绩分别为(89.37±5.31)分和(84.42±4.26)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.708,P=0.001)。在临床技能考核中,试验组学生病例分析、影像学阅片及椎弓根螺钉置钉操作成绩均明显高于对照组[(24.72±3.25)分 vs. (22.26±2.14)分、(26.45±2.71)分 vs. (24.67±2.38)分、(35.43±3.47)分 vs. (32.52±2.65)分,t=3.224,P=0.002;t=2.516,P=0.015;t=3.398,P=0.001]。同时,试验组学生对授课教师的教学方法和教学内容评价[(95.46±4.83)分、(92.37±4.15)分]高于对照组[(87.75±5.31)分、(88.53±5.42)分],差异具有统计学意义(t=5.477,P<0.001;t=2.868,P=0.006)。结论 3D打印及计算机辅助导航技术应用于临床教学,可有效解决脊柱外科在理论授课及临床实践中所面临的难题,从而显著提高脊柱外科的临床教学质量。

      Objective To explore the applied effect of 3D printing technology combined with computer-assisted navigation technology in clinical teaching of spine surgery. Methods A total of 52 residents under standardized training in the department of spine surgery from July 2020 to July 2022 were chosen and divided into experimental group and control group with 26 in each group. The traditional multimedia teaching, model display, and operational demonstration were used for the control group. The multimedia teaching, 3D printing technology, as well as computer-assisted navigation technology was used for the experimental group. The teaching effect was evaluated by scores including theoretical knowledge and clinical skills. A survey with questionnaire was conducted to investigate students' satisfaction with the teaching method and content. Results The theoretical knowledge score of the experimental group (89.37±5.31) was significantly higher than that of the control group (84.42±4.26) (t=3.708, P=0.001). In the clinical skills assessment, the scores of case analysis (24.72±3.25), imaging reading (26.45±2.71), and pedicle screw placement (35.43±3.47) in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (22.26±2.14, 24.67±2.38, and 32.52±2.65) (t=3.224, P=0.002; t=2.516, P=0.015; t=3.398, P=0.001). Meanwhile, the satisfaction of teaching method and content in the experimental group (95.46±4.83, 92.37±4.15) was significantly higher than that in the control group (87.75±5.31, 88.53±5.42) (t=5.477, P<0.001; t=2.868, P=0.006). Conclusion The 3D printing and computer-assisted navigation technologies applied in clinical teaching can effectively solve the difficulties in theoretical teaching and clinical practice, improve students' theoretical knowledge level and practical operating abilities, thus significantly improve the teaching quality of spine surgery.
