目的 编制椎体成形术后病人再骨折预防行为量表,并进行信效度检验。方法 2021年8月至2022年3月,以知信行理论框架,通过文献回顾、德尔菲专家咨询和预调查编制量表临床施测版。2022年4月至6月,采用便利抽样法选取合肥市第一人民医院椎体成形术后病人211例进行一对一的面对面正式调查,进行项目分析、效度检验和信度检验;7月至9月选取椎体成形术后病人220例进行验证性因子分析,以中文版《健康促进生活方式量表》(HPLP-ⅡC)作为效标量表,分析量表的效标关联效度。结果 经过信效度检验,最终获得包含预防知识、预防态度和预防行为3个维度,28个条目的椎体成形术后病人再骨折预防行为量表。条目、量表水平内容效度、校标关联效度指数分别为0.857~1.000、0.931和0.823。量表总体的Cronbach's α系数、折半信度和重测信度分别为0.943、0.727和0.809。验证性因子分析显示,χ2/df=1.476,RMSEA=0.047,RMR=0.041,CFI=0.967,IFI=0.967,NFI=0.905。各拟合指数达到适配要求。结论 椎体成形术后病人再骨折预防行为量表具有良好的测量学属性,可以作为评价椎体成形术后病人再骨折预防行为的可靠工具。 |

Objective To develop a prevention behavior scale of re-fracture after vertebroplasty and test its reliability and validity. Methods From August 2021 to March 2022, based on the theory of KAP, the clinical version of the scale was prepared by literature review, Delphi method consultation and pre-survey. From April to June 2022, 211 patients after vertebroplasty at Hefei First People's Hospital were selected using convenience sampling method for a one-on-one face-to-face formal survey, and item analysis, validity testing, and reliability testing were conducted; from July to September, 220 patients after vertebroplasty were selected for confirmatory factor analysis, and the Chinese version of Health Promotion Lifestyle Scale was used as the criterion scale to analyze the criterion-related validity of the scale. Results After reliability and validity test, the prevention behavior scale for re-fracture after vertebroplasty with three factors (28 items) was established. The item-level content validity index, scale-level content validity index and criterion-related validity were 0.857 to 1.000, 0.931 and 0.823, respectively. The scale overall Cronbach's coefficient, split-half reliability and the test-retest reliability were 0.943, 0.727 and 0.809 respectively. The confirmatory factor analysis showed that χ2/df=1.476, RMSEA=0.047, RMR=0.041, CFI=0.967, IFI=0.967, and NFI=0.905. Conclusion The re-fracture prevention behavior scale for patients after vertebroplasty has good measurement properties, which could provide an effective tool for the assessment of re-fracture prevention behavior. |
