目的 探讨一种T形克氏针折弯器的制备和临床应用效果。方法 选取2019年2月至2021年2月安徽医科大学附属亳州医院髌骨骨折手术病人64例,按照随机数字表分为两组,所有病人均采用克氏针张力带固定骨折,A组采用T形克氏针折弯器折弯克氏针,B组采用传统方法(两把老虎钳)折弯克氏针,记录两组每根克氏针折弯时间和折弯后角度,分折两组折弯效果。结果 两组病人均顺利完成手术,A组克氏针折弯所用时间为(1.08±0.35) min,折弯后角度为74.85°±4.76°,折弯后针尾长度为(0.42±0.08) mm;B组克氏针折弯所用时间为(3.86±0.66) min,折弯后角度为89.36°±7.82°,折弯后针尾长度为(0.83±0.11) mm,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组手术时间的差异无统计学意义[(52.38±8.35) min vs.(56.75±7.64) min,P>0.05]。结论 T形克氏针折弯器与传统克氏针折弯器相比具有更加方便、省时、省力,且折弯后角度更小,折弯角度容易控制的优点。 |

Objective To introduce the preparation and clinical evaluation of a T-shaped Kirschner wire bender. Methods Totally, 64 patients undergoing patella fracture surgery in our hospital were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table. All patients were fixed with Kirschner wire tension bands. In group A, the Kirschner wire was bent by T-shaped Kirschner wire bender, and in group B, the Kirschner wire was bent by traditional method (two pairs of pliers). The bending time and angle after bending of each Kirschner wire were recorded. Results Both groups of patients successfully completed the operation. The Kirschner wire bending time in group A was (1.08±0.35) min, the bending angle was 74.85°±4.76°, and the needle tail length after bending was (0.42±0.08) mm, and those in group B was (3.86±0.66) min, 89.36°±7.82°, and (0.83±0.11) mm, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The operation time in group A and group B was (52.38±8.35) min and (56.75±7.64) min respectively (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional Kirschner wire bender, the T-shaped Kirschner wire bender has the advantages of more convenience, time and labor saving, smaller bending angle and easy control of bending angle. |
