      目的 探索研究型教学模式在骨肿瘤临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年9月至2019年9月在我院骨肿瘤科接受住院医师规范化培训的46名规培学员,按照病区分为观察组(24人)和对照组(22人)。观察组采取研究型教学方法,对照组采取传统多媒体授课方法。教学结束后2周,对学生进行考核。教学评价内容分为理论知识考核和临床技能考核两部分,并采用问卷调查规培生对教学内容及教学方法的满意度。结果 观察组规培生骨肿瘤基础理论知识[(26.83±0.35)分]及骨肿瘤临床前沿知识[(16.42±0.28)分]考核成绩均高于对照组[(24.36±0.31)分、(14.77±0.34)分],差异均有统计学意义(t=5.235,P<0.001;t=3.817,P<0.001)。两组规培生在各项临床技能方面的考核成绩的差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。观察组对教学内容和教学方法的满意度(95.83%、91.67%)均高于对照组(77.27%、72.73%),差异均有统计学意义(χ2=6.432,P=0.040;χ2=7.156,P=0.028)。观察组规培生课外学习时间[(24.13±1.13)h]长于对照组[(15.50±1.06)h],差异有统计学意义(t=5.531,P<0.001)。结论 研究型教学模式适用于骨肿瘤临床规培生教学,可提升规培生的骨肿瘤理论知识水平和自主学习兴趣。

      Objective To explore the application of research-based teaching model for clinical teaching in the department of musculoskeletal tumor. Methods A total of 46 residents under standardized training from September 2017 to September 2019 in our hospital were chosen as the research objects, and divided into test group (24 cases) and control group (22 cases). Research-based teaching model was used for the test group, and the traditional multimedia teaching model was used for the control group, and residents were given a proficiency test after two weeks. The teaching effect was evaluated by scores including theoretical knowledge and clinical skills. In addition, questionnaire was used to investigate residents' satisfaction with teaching content and methods. Results The scores of musculoskeletal basic theoretical knowledge and clinical frontier knowledge in the test group (26.83±0.35, 16.42±0.28) were significantly higher than those in the control group (24.36±0.31, 14.77±0.34) (t=5.235, P<0.001; t=3.817, P<0.001). There was no significant difference in clinical skills between the two groups (P>0.05). The satisfaction of teaching content and model in the observation group (95.83%, 91.67%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (77.27%, 72.73%) (χ2=6.432, P=0.040; χ2=7.156, P=0.028). The extracurricular learning time in the observation group [(24.13±1.13) h] was significantly longer than that in the control group [(15.50±1.06) h] (t=5.531, P<0.001). Conclusion The research-based teaching model is appropriate for clinical teaching in the department of musculoskeletal tumor, which can effectively improve the theoretical level of bone tumor and self-learning capacity of the residents.
