      目的 观察肌内效贴联合冰敷辅助治疗四肢创伤骨折病人切开复位内固定术后患肢肿痛的效果。方法 选取2019年3月至2019年7月贵州省人民医院创伤骨科收治的行切开复位内固定术后患肢肿痛的四肢创伤骨折病人60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组从术后第1天起对病人患肢肿痛部位每天冰敷3次,30 min/次,每次间隔3 h,共5 d;观察组在冰敷的基础上增加肌内效贴贴扎治疗,5 d为1疗程,治疗1个疗程。治疗前及治疗后第1、3、5天,测量患肢肿胀最明显处和健肢相同位置的周径值,计算两侧周径差,观察病人患肢肿胀情况;采用疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale, VAS)评估病人患肢疼痛情况。结果 治疗后第3天和第5天,观察组的周径差分别为(0.56±0.21) cm和(0.25±0.10) cm,与对照组的(0.72±0.29) cm和(0.36 ±0.13) cm比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组的VAS评分分别为(2.57±1.03)分和(1.46±0.59)分,与对照组的(3.33±1.14)分和(1.80±0.62)分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 与冰敷治疗相比,肌内效贴联合冰敷能更有效地改善四肢创伤骨折病人切开复位内固定术后的患肢肿痛,促进病人术后康复,达到病人术后快速康复的目的。

      Objective To observe the applied efficacy of kinesio taping combined with ice compress in the adjuvant treatment of swelling and pain in the affected extremities after open reduction and internal fixation of traumatic fractures of extremities. Methods Sixty patients with swelling and pain in the affected extremities after open reduction and internal fixation of traumatic fractures of extremities from March 2019 to July 2019 in Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the research subjects, and divided into control group and observation group by a random number table, with 30 patients in each group. In the control group, patients were treated with ice compress from the first day after operation, 3 times a day, 30 min/time, every 3 h interval, a total of 5 days. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with kinesio taping, with one course of treatment for 5 days and one course of treatment in total. The circumferential value at the most abvious point of swelling of the affected extremities and the same position of the healthy extremities was measured, the circumferential diameter difference between the two sides was calculated, and the swelling of the affected extremities of the patients was observed. The visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the pain of the affected extremities after treatment for 1, 3, 5 days. Results On the day 3 and 5 after treatment, the difference in circumference of the observation group was (0.56±0.21) cm and (0.25±0.10) cm, and that in the control group was (0.72±0.29) cm and (0.36±0.13) cm respectively, with the differences being statistically significant (all P<0.05); the VAS scores in the observation group were 2.57±1.03 and 1.46±0.59, and those in the control group were 3.33±1.14 and 1.80±0.62 respectively, with the differences being statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion Kinesio taping combined with ice compress can alleviate the symptoms of swelling and pain of the affected extremities after open reduction and internal fixation of traumatic fractures of extremities more quickly than ice compress, promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients, and achieve the purpose of rapid rehabilitation.
