      目的 探讨胫骨高位截骨术(high tibial osteotomy, HTO)在全球的应用现状及未来热点趋势。方法 通过Web of Science数据库中的科学引文索引扩展数据库,检索1994年1月至2019年4月发表的与HTO相关的文献资料,并应用文献计量学的理论进行数据分析,结合Vos viewer软件的文献耦合分析、共现分析功能进行可视化分析,直观地展示HTO的研究现状和未来趋势。结果 共纳入1 881篇研究,全球研究文献发表量呈现逐年上升趋势,其中美国的文献发表量全球贡献排第一位,研究文献被引用次数及H指数均为最高。瑞典的每项平均引用次数排名第一。中国文献发表量居全球第11位,但是研究文献被引次数和H指数居全球第17与第14位,每项平均引用次数居全球第20位。加拿大西安大略大学、纽约特殊外科医院、日本横滨市立大学是文献发表量最多的机构。研究内容目前主要围绕“HTO手术技术”、“骨修复”、“关节置换术”、“动物实验”、“力学研究”。结论 根据全球历年出版量,HTO的研究文献数量逐年递增,美国的文献贡献量最大。2010年以来,中国的研究出现了较快的发展。目前的研究内容集中在“手术技巧”,干细胞、自体软骨骨移植技术联合HTO治疗膝骨关节炎可能成为未来的研究热点。

      Objective To explore the global application status and future trend of high tibial osteotomy (HTO). Methods The literatures of HTO from January 1994 to April 2019 were reviewed through the science citation index expanded in the Web of Science database. Meanwhile we applied the theory of bibliometrics for data analysis. Visual analysis was carried out by introducing bibliographic coupling analysis and co-occurrence analysis of Vos viewer software, so as to intuitively display the current research status and future trend of HTO. Results A total of 1 881 studies were included from the literature database, and the global publication of research literature showed an increasing trend year by year. Among them, the United States ranked the first in terms of the global contribution in terms of the amount of literature published, the research literature was cited the most frequently, and the H index was the highest. The average citation frequency of each item in Sweden was the highest. China ranks 11th in terms of the number of publications, however, the number of citations and H index of research literature ranks 17th and 14th in the world, and the average citation frequency ranks 20th in the world. The University of Western Ontario, New York Special Surgery Hospital and Yokohama National University are the institutions with the highest number of publications. At present, the research mainly focuses on “surgical technique of HTO”, “bone reconstruction”, “joint replacement”, “animal experiment” and “mechanical research”. Conclusion According to the development of global trends, the number of studies on HTO is increasing year by year. The United States is now the largest contributor in this area. Since 2010, China's research in this field has developed rapidly. At present, the “surgical skills” of HTO is the main research content in this field. However, stem cell and autologous chondrocyte implant combined with HTO in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis would become the focus of future research.
