| 目的 观察微信在人工全髋关节置换术（total hip arthroplasty, THA）病人院外延续护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2014年10月至2015年9月在我科行THA病人160例，随机分为微信延续护理组和对照组，两组病人出院时均按常规给予出院指导。对照组在出院后1、3、6个月各电话随访1次，提供常规指导方案；微信延续护理组通过微信公众号推送THA术后康复指导，为病人提供及时咨询、沟通及交流的平台，同时组建“延续护理团队群”，由康复护士至少每周通过微信联系病人，根据病人髋关节功能恢复情况进行个体化的健康教育与指导。比较两组病人出院后1、3、6个月的髋关节Harris评分、出院后6个月的并发症发生率及对康复效果的总体满意度。结果 微信延续护理组出院后不同时段的Harris评分均高于对照组（P均＜0.05），出院后6个月微信延续护理组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05），病人满意度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 运用微信对THA病人进行院外延续护理方便、快捷，效果满意，能够有效促进病人术后髋关节功能的改善，减少并发症的发生，提高病人的满意度，是改善病人术后生活质量和促进髋关节功能康复的有效方法。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing by WeChat in the patients after total hip arthroplasty (THA). Methods A total of 160 patients after THA from October 2014 to September 2015 were divided into WeChat group and control group according to the date of admission. All the patients received routine guidance before discharge. The patients in the control group were phoned for one time at the end of the 1st month, the 2nd month and the 3rd month and received routine guidance. The patients in the WeChat group received continuous nursing once a week to obtain guidance of rehabilitation training by WeChat from the 1st month to the 6th month after discharge. The Harris score, the incidence of complications and the rehabilitation satisfactory degree of the patients between the two groups were compared. Results The Harris score and the rehabilitation satisfactory degree in the WeChat group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05 for all). The incidence of complications in the WeChat group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing by WeChat is a convenient way to follow up the patients and could effectively improve the hip joint function, reduce the postoperative complications, promote rehabilitation and increase satisfactory degree of the patients. |
