| 目的 探讨肌内效贴布辅助理疗对肱骨干骨折病人术后早期肿胀及疼痛的影响。方法 选择2015年1月至2015年9月于我院手术治疗肱骨干骨折的术后早期病人49例，随机分为对照组（25例）和研究组（24例），对照组采用局部常规理疗治疗，研究组在此基础上采用肌内效贴布贴扎治疗。分别于治疗前1 d和治疗1、3、5 d后对两组病人的健肢与患肢的周径差以及疼痛视觉模拟量表（visual analogue scale, VAS）评分进行评估和比较。结果 在治疗前1 d时，两组病人的周径差和VAS评分差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）；治疗后1、3 d时，研究组的VAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；治疗后3、5 d时，研究组健肢与患肢的周径差低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；治疗第5天时，两组病人周径差和VAS评分均低于治疗前1 d时，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论 肌内效贴布辅助常规理疗能快速改善肱骨干骨折病人的术后早期肿胀和疼痛等症状。 |

| Objective To explore the effects of kinesio taping plus conventional physiotherapy on relieving swelling and pain of early postoperative patients with humeral shaft fracture. Methods From January 2015 to September 2015, 49 early postoperative patients with humeral shaft fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (25 cases) and treatment group (24 cases). The patients in the control group and treatment group accepted conventional physiotherapy, and those in the treatment group were given kinesio taping additionally. Upper arm circumference and visual analogue scale (VAS) were assessed to evaluate the degree of swelling and pain of patients. Results By comparison, the general situation of two groups before treatment had no significant differences (P＞0.05 for all). At the 1st day and 3rd day after experiment, the VAS score was significantly lower in treatment group than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The perimeter difference between the affected arm and the healthy one in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group at 3rd day and 5th day (P＜0.05). The upper arm circumference and VAS score in the two groups were reduced more significantly at 5th day than those before treatment (P＜0.05). Conclusion Kinesio taping assisted general physical therapy has significant curative effects on relieving swelling and pain of early postoperative patients with humeral shaft fracture. |
