      目的 探讨新型改良大鼠脊髓损伤模型椎管开窗方法的实用性。方法 将40只普通级成年SD(Sprague-Dawley)大鼠按照随机数字表法分为两组:传统组(20只,采用传统蚕食法椎管开窗进行造模)、改良组(20只,采用椎板揭盖开窗法进行造模),比较两组切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量及术后死亡率,并于术后不同时间点评价两组大鼠运动功能(basso beattie bresnahan, BBB)评分及HE染色结果判定脊髓功能障碍及造模成功与否。结果 切口长度、手术时间、出血量及术后28 d死亡率的比较,改良组明显优于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组大鼠术后BBB评分及HE染色结果提示以椎板揭盖开窗法制备大鼠脊髓损伤模型成功率与传统方法比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 改良大鼠脊髓损伤模型椎板开窗相较传统椎管开窗方法有明显的优势,可广泛运用于脊髓损伤基础研究的模型制作。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the practicability of improved spinal canal fenestration method applied in creating spinal cord injury rat model. Methods Forty experimental Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 2 groups (n=20 each) according to the random number table method. Traditional group used traditional nipple spinal canal fenestration method to create spinal cord injury rat model. Improved group used Lamina peel fenestration method to create spinal cord injury rat model. The incision length, operative time, intraoperative blood loss and mortality postoperation were compared between the two groups. The basso-beattie-bresnahan (BBB) locomotor rating scale was used at the time points postoperation and HE staining was used to evaluate the modeling quality. Results The incision length, operative time, blood loss and mortality four weeks after the operation in the improved group were significantly reduced as compared with those in the traditional group (P<0.05). The BBB scores and HE staining between two groups showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared to traditional surgical procedure, the improved spinal canal fenestration method shows much more advantages in creating spinal cord injury rats model. It can be widely used in creating the spinal cord injury rat model.
