| 目的 调查研究湖南省骨科护士骨质疏松症（osteoporosis, OP）知识掌握情况及培训现状，探讨其影响因素，以期提高骨科护士在骨质疏松症患者护理质量及健康教育效果。方法 采取整群抽样的方法，对湖南省13家三级甲等综合医院的558名骨科护士进行问卷调查，问卷包括：一般资料、骨质疏松症知识、培训需求三个部分。结果 骨科护士骨质疏松症知识平均得分为（11.41±2.46）分，72.3%的护士通过工作经验获得知识，17.5%的护士接受过专业培训，96.6%的护士愿意接受专业培训，婚姻状况和年龄影响因子具有统计学意义，不同年龄层、不同婚姻状况之间得分比较，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05），且年龄越大，知识得分越高。结论 湖南省三级甲等综合医院骨科护士骨质疏松症基本知识不足，对骨质疏松症相关知识来源单一，相关机构需要设置专业的、有针对性的、多样式的继续教育。 |

| Objective To investigate the orthopaedics nurses’ knowledge level and current training status about osteoporosis in Hunan province, to analyze the related factors and improve their performance when they offer caring services and health care education for those patients with osteoporosis. Methods With a random sampling method, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 558 nurses in the department of orthopaedics, who were selected from 13 general hospitals of grade Ⅲ class A in Hunan province. The questionnaire consisted of three parts of general materials, osteoporosis knowledge and training needs. Results The average score of orthopaedics nurses for the knowledge about osteoporosis was 11.41±2.46; 72.3% of them obtained the knowledge about osteoporosis during their work; while 17.5% of them have received professional training. 96.6% of the nurses were willing to receive professional training; marriage status and age were factors of statistical significance and the scores of the nurses of different age levels and marriage status indicated statistical significance (P＜0.05); the elder they were, the higher scores they achieved in the knowledge part. Conclusion The nurses in the general hospitals of grade Ⅲ class A in Hunan province show a lack in their basic knowledge about osteoporosis. Their means of learning related knowledge is unitary and limited, which makes it necessary for the related organizations to set up professional, relevant and varied continuing education courses for them. |
