| 目的 探讨彩色多普勒血流显像（color Doppler flow imaging，CDFI）在设计胫后动脉穿支皮瓣中的应用价值，为临床提供参考依据。方法 2014年1月至2015年2月我院收治12例拟行胫后动脉穿支皮瓣移植修复术的患者，于术前应用CDFI探测胫后动脉肌间隙穿支动脉的血管内径、位置、数量，并作体表定位，于术中验证该方法的符合率。结果 48条穿支动脉的内径为0.50～1.48 mm，经手术验证CDFI的定位符合率为100%。结论 彩色多普勒可对胫后动脉穿支血管做出准确、可靠的评价，有利于皮瓣的合理选取和设计。 |

| Objective To evaluate the applied value of color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） in designing posterior tibial artery perforator flaps. Methods Twelve patients were treated by our hospital from Jan. 2014 to Feb. 2015. Preoperatively, CDFI was performed to detect the posterior tibial artery and its perforating arteries, including the number of the vessels, vascular diameter, distribution and location, and they were marked on patient’s body surface. Results Totally, 48 perforating arteries were detected by CDFI successfully, and all the results were confirmed by operation. Conclusion CDFI is a valuable imaging modality to assess the blood supply of posterior tibial artery perforator flap. It will play an important role in designing perforator flap. |
