| 目的 分析人工髋关节无菌性松动应用长柄型假体进行翻修的治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析2011年3月至2013年4月间12例人工髋关节无菌性松动患者应用长柄型假体翻修的临床资料。通过观察术前、术后髋关节Harris评分、视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分变化，评估长柄型假体应用于人工髋关节无菌性松动翻修效果。结果 本组12例患者均获得术后随访，统计术后1周、3个月、1年Harris评分及VAS评分。与翻修手术前相比，Harris评分呈升高趋势，VAS评分呈下降趋势，评分差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 长柄型假体可以成为髋关节假体无菌性松动翻修选择之一，能满足翻修手术要求，远期效果有待进一步观察。 |

| Objective To evaluate the effect of applying long stem prosthesis within the revision of the hip prosthesis for aseptic loosening. Methods A retrospective analysis was done on long stem prosthesis in revision of hip arthroplasty in 12 patients, admitted from Mar. 2011 to Apr. 2013. The trend of hip Harris score and VAS score were observed, and the effectiveness of applying long stem prosthesis within the revision of the hip prosthesis for aseptic loosening was evaluated. Results This group of 12 patients were followed up from Mar. 2011 to Apr. 2013. The data of hip Harris score and VAS score were recorded at 1st week, 3rd month and 1st year after operation. Compared with those before operation, the Harris scores were increased and the VAS scores decreased after operation (P<0.05). Conclusion Long stem prosthesis achieves the requirements of revision, and becomes one of options of the revision for hip prosthesis aseptic loosening. The final evaluation of long-term prosthesis needs further observation. |
